Peggy Healy Stearns
Despite
her many accomplishments, what pleases Peggy most is the enthusiasm
of people who tell her how her work has revolutionized their
learning and teaching experiences. Peggy’s trademark
“real-world classroom” design for software comes
from her more than 20 years as a K-12 and college-level educator.
She has presented seminars and conference sessions to thousands
of educators across the country. Peggy has published seven
best-selling children’s software programs including
The Graph Club and Neighborhood MapMachine.
Her software has earned over two dozen major national awards.

Peter
H. Reynolds
CEO and Founder of FableVision, is a New York Times best-selling illustrator and educational innovator. He is the author-illustrator of several books for children, including The North Star, The Dot, Ish, and So Few of Me as well as the illustrator of the popular Judy Moody series and Someday. He also is a passionate advocate for the nontraditional learner. In 2007, Peter received an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts in recognition of his contributions to education and the arts. Currently, he serves on the boards of several nonprofits, including Horizons for Homeless Children, Everybody Wins Metro Boston and the Dedham Historical Society. Peter's journey has been fueled by books. Not just reading them, but making them. As early as the first grade, Peter teamed up with his twin brother, Paul, to publish a newspaper for their classmates. Peter hopes that the art in Stationery Studio will empower and inspire writing at all ages and eliminate the fear of the blank page forever.
